When you are ready, contact us with your preferred travel dates or timeframe, destinations and must-have experiences, your group size, travel style and pace, approximate budget range, etc.

One of our specialist travel advisors will contact you with relevant sample itineraries that align to your travel preferences, including a realistic price range, with further options to discuss (e.g. all private vs. some small-group experiences, transport options, your preferred hotel and travel style, etc.). At this early stage we do not provide any personalized day-by-day itineraries, specific hotels, or detailed logistics. The goal at this point is to understand your interests and establish alignment before we enter into the detailed design process.

After you have reviewed our initial proposal and would like to move forward, we offer a complimentary Zoom call (or we can continue by email if you prefer). We will discuss all your preferences and answer any general questions you may have. This call is not a planning session, it is a chance to get to know one another, understand your travel style more deeply and answer your general questions.  We do not design your itinerary during this call, nor give full hotel or route recommendations, as this comes later, once the custom design phase begins.

Once you decide to move forward with a fully personalized itinerary, we require a Custom Tour Design Fee before we start working on your custom proposal. This fee reflects the professional planning time, expertise and resources dedicated into crafting a unique itinerary just for you. It will be fully credited toward your final tour cost if you book. The fee is €400 per tour for trips for couples/small groups. If you are a larger group/family a slightly higher fee applies, depending on the group structure.

This fee includes delivering you a personalized itinerary aligned with your exact preferences, including accommodation strategy, curated experiences, transport planning (self-drive, private drivers, trains, etc.), choosing the best providers and checking availability with them, itinerary revisions based on your feedback and a complete, fully priced personalized proposal with day to day itinerary details. This fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed (as it covers committed planning time), but it’s 100% deducted from your tour total upon booking.

When you are happy with your itinerary and your travel dates are fully confirmed, we require a 30% deposit (less the design fee already paid) to secure your hotels, guides, transport and special experiences.  We accept payments by Visa or MasterCard credit card via our Secure Payment Platform and also bank transfers. Once the deposit is received, we issue your official Tour Confirmation.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure (full payment if booking <60 days out). See our Terms & Conditions for full payment, cancellation, and refund details. 

At this stage, you will receive your personal link to your very own Personal Travel Website – an added bonus with all your day by day tour details plus our personalized restaurant and free time suggestions and additional bookings you would like us to make on your behalf. No need to waste your precious time surfing the net!
