DAY 1 MARSEILLE & LUBERON

Arrival in Marseille | Transfer to the Provençal Countryside

Your journey will begin in Marseille, where your private English-speaking chauffeur will be waiting to welcome you. From the coast, you will travel inland toward the Luberon, watching the landscape gradually shift to olive groves, vineyards, and small farming villages that reflect everyday Provençal life.

If timing allows, we will suggest a relaxed gourmet stop along the way, perhaps a countryside auberge or village café where locals gather. Here, your first tastes of Provence may include seasonal vegetables, goat cheeses, local olive oil, and wines produced just a few kilometers away.

You will then continue to your boutique hotel in the Luberon, set among vineyards and orchards. The afternoon and evening will be yours to settle in as you wish, whether that means a short village stroll, time by the pool, or dinner at a handpicked restaurant we know for its honest cooking and welcoming atmosphere.

DAY 2 LUBERON

Hilltop Villages and Everyday Provençal Life

Today will be spent exploring the Luberon’s hilltop villages, traveling comfortably with your private chauffeur and without rushing from place to place. You will visit Gordes, where stone houses cling to the hillside, and Roussillon, shaped by centuries of ochre mining that still define its colors today.

Depending on your interests, you may also stop in villages such as Ménerbes or Lacoste, where bakeries, small shops, and artisan studios remain part of daily village life.

Lunch will be arranged at a village bistro we trust, one that cooks with the seasons and sources from nearby farms. DAY 3 SAINT REMY

Les Baux-de-Provence & Saint-Rémy

This morning, you will head into the Alpilles, a rugged limestone landscape long shaped by olive growing and small-scale agriculture. In Les Baux-de-Provence, you will wander a fortified village whose dramatic setting once controlled key routes through the region.

You will then continue to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, a lively market town where food culture remains closely tied to local producers. Lunch will be enjoyed at a well-known local address, where dishes highlight Alpilles olive oil, herbs, and seasonal ingredients, paired with regional wines.

The afternoon will be yours to enjoy Saint-Rémy at your own pace, browsing food shops, visiting galleries, or simply sitting in the shade of a village square, before returning to the Luberon.

DAY 4 CHÀTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Wineries & Avignon

You will travel north into the famed Rhône Valley, home to the legendary Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Today’s focus will be on terroir and tradition, with privately arranged visits and tastings at carefully selected wineries. You will discover the region’s distinctive galets roulés soils, meet passionate winemakers, and taste robust Grenache-led wines alongside elegant whites. A gourmet lunch at a vineyard estate or nearby restaurant will be paired thoughtfully with Rhône Valley wines. DAY 6 AIX EN PROVENCE

From Provence to the Mediterranean

This morning your chauffeur will collect you for a scenic transfer toward the Mediterranean. En route, you will stop in Aix-en-Provence, a graceful university town known for its fountains, shaded boulevards, and café culture, as well as the artistic legacy of Paul Cézanne. You will have time to stroll the historic center and enjoy an informal gourmet lunch at a local bistro on the elegant Cours Mirabeau or in the old town.
